Scottish police
Police officers in Scotland are now allowed to wear baseball-style hats as part of their uniform. Until recently, only specialist officers, firearms units, and dog handlers wore police issue baseball hats but now officers on patrol are allowed to wear them.

St John Ambulance workers

Several schools in the USA allow pupils to wear baseball hats as part of their uniform.
